This month's issue of ACCU's CVu journal contains part 3 of the Anatomies series: Building C & C++ CLI Programs with the libCLImate Mini-framework, Matthew Wilson, which pretty much discusses what it says on the tin.
Unlike their Overload journal, which is available online for anyone, CVu is available only to members. If you're not a member of ACCU - and, btw, why not, because it's one of the premier peer-reviewed software development organisations - the article will be republished in a few days' time. Check back soon for the link.
